We visited one of the most spectacular areas on the planet, the Himalayan mountain range.
We will travel by plane to Srinagar, the summer capital of Kashmir and the epicenter of mountain tourism in India, an ideal place for our contact with the country and acclimatization to the altitude, since we will only be at 1,600 m. On the next day we will ride the Royal Enfield Himalayan, an all-terrain motorcycle par excellence of India and very reliable. For 8 days we will travel through some of the most beautiful valleys on earth and will complete passes of almost 6,000 meters of altitude, such as the Kardung La pass or the Umling La pass, as well as others close to 4,000 m.
We will come into contact with the Tibetan culture, numerous monasteries will follow one another during each stage.
Except in Srinagar and Delhi, and especially in some of the most isolated places, we will stay in humble homestays, since there is no higher quality tourist infrastructure.
We will have an assistance car driven by one of the best guides, who will also have a mechanic and will transport our luggage each stage.
Our trip culminates in Leh, capital of Ladakh at 3,500 meters above sea level.
The last night, and with the return journey already begun, we will experience the "chaos" and the tremendous attraction of the capital of India, Delhi.
